[Simple-cdd-devel] dose-debcheck experimental dependency resolver

Hello,

if dose-debcheck is installed, simple-cdd now uses it to perform
dependency resolution to build the list of packages to include in
reprepro's mirror.

Computation is a bit slow but seems to give better results than before:
at least in my system, the distribution check performed afterwards
doesn't warn me that consoletools-freebsd is not installable.
Also, we get nice logging showing which package added which
dependencies.

If dose-debcheck is not installed, the old shellscript is invoked as
before.
