[Simple-cdd-devel] Modules and packaging

Thanks for splitting up simple-cdd into a few modules...

I added a Build-Depends on python3-setuptools and explicitly requested
that setup.py install simplecdd/tools, as it wasn't getting installed
otherwise.

The buildsystem appears to install the modules in
debian/python3-simple-cdd (rather than debian/simple-cdd). So, I added a
workaround to debian/simple-cdd.install:

  debian/python3-simple-cdd/* /

Seems to produce a working package. Not sure if there's a more elegant
way of implementing any of that.
