The main change in this version is a port to OpenBSD, by dermiste,
which, with minor tweaks, turns out to work fine on Mac OS X (thanks to
Matthieu Boutier).  The BSD ports are almost completely untested, any
feedback would be welcome.

There are also the usual minor bug fixes in "should not ever trigger"
error-handling code.

  * Port to OpenBSD, by Vincent Gross.
  * Tweaks for compatibility Mac OS X, thanks to Matthieu Boutier.
  * Fixed incorrect testing of the prefix length of received IPv6
    prefixes, thanks to Gabriel Kerneis.
