Hello.

Just a quick note to announce that I've completed splitting the common
code from tagcoll into libtagcoll and porting debtags to c++.

I've uploaded debtags in sid this afternoon; it's now waiting for
approval by the ftp masters.  In a week or so, if all goes well, we
should finally see it in sid.
