actually, it's 8.3.8.1 (don't ask me why the changelog in the git
repository does not reflect this minor release):

8.3.8.1 (api:88/proto:86-94)
 * Revert delay probes, they could potentially lead to stalled resync.
   Feature is being re-implemented differently
 * DRBD ocf resource agent now treats hostnames case insensitive

it already seems to be in ubuntu maverick:
