The idea is the following: When online, the user's home is mounted
from the server at '/lan/mainserver/home0'. Offline, the local
'/home' is bind mounted at '/lan/mainserver/home0' [1]. When online,
the user can synchronize or copy files from
'/lan/mainserver/home0/USER' to '/home/USER', and use these files when
offline. Again online, he finds his offline work in '/home/USER'.

Best regards,

     Andi
