[debiandoc-sgml-pkgs] Re: New upload of debiandoc-sgml

OK, I reverted the changes in debian/{control,changelog} with regard
to the switch to TeXlive.

I hope that both the maintainers of debian-reference and
debiandoc-sgml can upload a new version to Debian/unstable.  I think
this would make some CJK users quite happy. =)
