Yes, it should be fixed (I did not see such sentences in Ukrainian
translations [FAQ & apt-howto], but is probably because there is no
references to chapters there).

I think that it is better to use two locale strings, some languages may
need different forms for that words (not Ukrainian and Russian).

One more problem to fix is usage of quotation marks when those are not
present in sgml source. debiandoc inserts single quotation marks
sometimes (text and latex/pdf output). Those marks are not usually used
in Ukrainian (and Russian AFAIK).
