I know.

Hhm, OK. I thought "chapter", "appendix", as well as "section", ... is always
put in front of a headline, but this is of course false.
You're right that the current capitalisation of chapter seems to be a minor problem:

http://qref.sourceforge.net/Debian/quick-reference/ch-preface.ru.html:
Существует два подхода, чтобы позволить вам работать на самых последних версиях ПО Debian:
* Обновление до дистрибутива testing, Глава 2 (в основном для рабочих станций)
* Портирование пакета в систему на базе stable, раздел 3.4.10 (в основном для серверов)

Глава (chapter) is in contrast to раздел (subsubsection) written with a
capital letter, which probably needs to be fixed. Can you please confirm this a
last time?

I will also check other translations for this. A simple flag in the locale settings
should be sufficient whether or not to use capitals. Ah, what about Asian languages,
Osamu?
Maybe it easier to duplicate the strings in the locale according to usage, it's
a simple solution.

I will stop now discussing with you otherwise we detect more problems :-)

Jens
