[debtorrent] Connection to (..) disallowed for security

Hi,
[please CC me, since I am not subscribed to the mailing list.]

I just set up debtorrent and I noticed a lot of the same warning messages in 
the debtorrent logs:
2011-02-18 18:07:43,072 MainThread DebTorrent.BT1.Encrypter WARNING 
Connection to ('87.159.177.19', 14450) disallowed for security: 
"T019--006GdBEBcxjzeT"

87.159.177.19 is my public ip right now.

I can't make much sense out of it. Is my debtorrent misconfigured or a 
problem on the other peer's side?
