[debtorrent] Connection to (..) disallowed for security

It is nothing to worry about. Debtorrent doesn't allow connections to
yourself, for obvious reasons. In this case the tracker has returned
your IP as a possible one to connect to, and your Debtorrent client
has rightly refused to connect to itself.
