Bug#675305: /usr/bin/debi: Allow package exclusion in debi

Hi,

I use debi a lot, but I often have package where I want to install all
deb coming out of the package and want to exclude only one single deb.
So instead of writing: debi package1 package2....packageXX it would be nice to just write debi '!package3' or something similiar.
