... which I reverted and implemented the functionality as a method
instead. That is, if you want to upload to Launchpad, please configure
your profile like this:

    "fqdn": "ppa.launchpad.net",
    "incoming": "~%(ppa)s/ubuntu",
    "method": "launchpad"
}

This implicitly enables the host_is_launchpad code, paultag wrote.
