[gopher] New Gopher Proxy

In a google search for "gopher proxy" I happened to stumble across this:
http://gopher-proxy.stephenmorley.org/.

The proxy seems to work well, has a clean interface.  It seems to have been
put together fairly recently.  Now there are at least three awesome
gopherspace-wide proxies.  Exciting times.

I haven't seen any mention of this proxy on this list, so I thought I'd
mention it for any folks who, like me, had no idea about it.
