Make Externals slots alive

Hi,

I just modified the compiler so that it now consider every External slot
alive as long as the prototype it is in was used somewhere.

Attached you'll find the patch.

I had quite some problems ith it, but it seems to work on a simple
example (in the test/ directory).
Now:
- I have to test bootstrapping
- And check everything in the patch, and make beautiful patches with a
good description.
- Remove ugly hacks I had to use
- Make it possible to compile a prototype without the main slot. So that
we can create C libraries using Lisaac.

Benoit, can you tell me what you think?

Thanks,

Mildred
