[In French, sorry] Compiling in projects

Hi,

Sorry for those who don't understand French at all. This is a
proposition on how to implement the compilation using projects. That is
treating a set of prototypes as a projects, those prototypes having
access denied from external projects except those projects that were
approved (imported).

If you're interested, I'll try to come up with a translation.

I'm doing this in French because it seems most people here understand it
better. And since I find it idfficult to make myself understood...

C'est volontairement un peu technique, l'idée est de ce servir de cela
pour l'implémenter (dans les prochains jours). J'en ai cruellement
besoin car en ce moment sur un de mes projets, la lib standard à la
bonne idée d'aller chercher un prototype de mon projet au lieu de ses
propres prototypes.
