Well, you either need to install lisaac to your system or change
bin/path.h to point to your lisaac directory (where you can find the
root make.lip).

If you don't want to recompile, just set the environment variable
LISAAC_DIRECTORY to your Lisaac directory

You can run
    lisaac -version
To see which path your compiler was compiled for (and which is the path
used if you set the environment variable).
