Idea about deferred slots

Sure, but P-A was saying that if you do that the compiler won't check
that ALL the slots are implemented.
That would be nice to have a compile time error instead of a runtime error.

Well, I think -all-warnings shows the deferred slots, so that's not that
much a problem.
