No, it relates to "Perl programs and modules", and logtail (as packaged
in 1.2.32) is indeed a perl program.

Will you please allow me to argue before downgrading an important bug?

I did not downgrade this bug, but the (now) separate bug#288862. If that
is fixed in CVS as well as this one, then please correct there.
