even if one admit that the wording "should follow" better reflects
the community aspect of Perl hackers.

usually i spent my time on better things than such childish ping pong
games.
i did not cc control at b.d.o, because it doesn't really matter.
and yes debian's bts is really broken in that regard.

ps anyway there is _no_ need to backport logtail as no progress,
   were made on that programm.
