Why is runscript always version 1.23?

I did. I've been doing a bit of work in script.c to simplify a job I'm
doing. Then yesterday I decided to check if there were any patches to
script.c beyond the Fedora Core 2 distribution. Oh CURSES! I had v 1.4
and the diff's to version 1.9 are longer than the source! <sigh>
I figured out how to get the latest snapshot around midnight last night.

The first thing I'll do is re-do --version in 1.9 and, uh, where should
I post the patch?

I was going to suggest I post some other changes I did/wanted, but a
quick glance at v 1.9 shows at least one already done. I guess I'd
better test 1.9 before I put my foot in my mouth.
