    propagate mode option to related commands
    
    Propagate --mode pbmode option to all related commands since it has to
    be the first command.
    
    In order to ensure mount ponnts for user-mode-linux, hardcoded path has
    been updated to use ${PBMODE} and run "mkdir -p" to them.
