[pkg-boinc-devel] files are still licensed under BOINC Public License

Hello,

The files "boinc/m4/sah_header_stdcxx.m4" and "boinc/m4/sah_namespace.m4" are 
still licensed under the terms of the BOINC Public License. Shouldn't they, 
like the rest of BOINC (or SETI), be licensed under the terms of the LGPL (or 
GPL)?

This is an important issue for the inclusion of BOINC into Debian, so I would 
really appreciate if you could relicense these files under a free software 
license.
