It's me again.  I got it working by myself working on a hunch.  Boinc
runs fine after uninstalling KmyFirewall.  As I could not find an easy
way to fix it, I am looking for another firewall instead.  Maybe
KmyFirewall author should make the program a bit more user-friendly.

I opened everything under incoming and outgoing.  The localhost is shown
as 'friendly' in the firewall, but still it blocked boinc client from
talking with KBoincSpy.
