[pkg-cinnamon] Status of cinnamon-themes package

The package was uploaded, but while it was in the new queue I contacted them
about a change in the copyright and the linuxmint developers told me that the
package was linuxmint specific, as it contains icons with the linuxmint logo,
and it wasn't intended to be packaged. So we requested a reject.

The themes are still gpl-3, so they can be used as a base of a
cinnamon-debian-themes package (volunters to produce it are wholeheartedly
welcome).
