[pkg-cinnamon] Status of cinnamon-themes package

Ah, I digged in the d-devel archives to find the reject mail but didn't
find any ;-)

I promised to help as much as I could in the beginning of the team and
once I've fixed few issues with my packages, I'll try to give a huge
help here.
