Not to mention that Ubuntu is now the #1 server distribution, but
without a useful (TLS-only) cyrus package set available.  Anything that
gets done now can make it into 11.4, and 10.10 as a PPA.

It seems that Henrique is doing the lions share of work right now -- is
there anything you care to delegate to the list so that we can call this
a wrap in the next few days?  Cyrus 2.4 is scheduled to be released
2010-09-01, and the database stuff is going to work quite differently.
It seems that it would be psychologically unkind to keep almost having a
package set ready only to have it made obsolete by new cyrus releases.
