Hi, for now, you must build your own packages from GIT repository :
$ git clone http://git.debian.org/git/pkg-cyrus-imapd/pkg-cyrus-imapd-2.4.git/
$ cd pkg-cyrus-imapd-2.4
$ git-buildpackage

I'm testing this. It seem's that Cyrus auto-upgrade works well from Debian Cyrus
2.2 (Lenny and Squeeze).
You can find unofficials pre-build packages as explain there :
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.debian.devel.cyrusimapd/952

This packages are based on current official GIT repository, including some
changes to add Cyrus index backup and enable Cyrus auto-upgrade.
If you will used them, returns are welcome ;)
