Testing 2.4

Hello,

this is the way I found to build the packages from the git repo , as 
git-buildpackage wouldn't do all the magic by itself in my environment

git clone http://git.debian.org/git/pkg-cyrus-imapd/pkg-cyrus-imapd-2.4.git/
cd pkg-cyrus-imapd-2.4
dh_make --createorig --cdbs
cd ..
dpkg-source --format="1.0" -i.git/ -I.git -b pkg-cyrus-imapd-2.4
cd pkg-cyurus-imapd-2.4
git-buildpackage

Anthony thanks for making your packages available, I'm currently testing 
a migration from 2.3.
