[pymvpa] Install problem on Scientific Linux

That is correct.  Just installing 'numpy-f2py' fixed everything.  All
the other changes were no longer needed.

I would really like to install a specific version, rather than the Git
head, as potentially I might want/need to install several versions in
parallel.  However, is says "no releases" for the 2.0.0 version in the
download area (http://alioth.debian.org/frs/?group_id=30954).  Is the
idea that I use Git and use the tag 'upstream/2.0.0'?  If so, this
should really be mentioned.
