Thanks for bringing up this issue -- I had forgotten about the file
releases. It seems that file release service on this machine is broken.
I tried to make the sources and a windows installer available there, but
it won't list them.

For now please got to

  https://github.com/PyMVPA/PyMVPA/tags

to request a tar.gz of the specific release tag.

We either need to get the alioth issue sorted out, or need to rewrite
the doc bits to point people to Github.
