[pkg-fso-maint] How to manage bugs (was Re: fso-frameworkd: fix for https://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/1309 not implemented?)

I think it’s easier to poll from time to time than to do mailing-list
and memory based bugtracking. And it’s only short-term (I hope).
