Task Manager in Alioth

I was wondering if it would be nice to use the task manager provided by Alioth
to keep track of the things pending to do. Does anyone know how to use/admin
it? is it worth it?

If any other project that you know is using it, what is the organization they
choosed for the subprojects there? one per package? horizontal ones?
