I would rather keep mess-data as it is right now, I don't think the 
amount of data files in mass is big enough to make sense of a package 
file reshuffling + creating again a transitional package, especially 
since the last package renameing from xmame-x is yet solved.

Great to see we can distribute mame history files as well !

If you start to work on 0.147 if would be great if you can wait to push 
this on the git repo, until this bug is solved as this affects 0.146
(or at least until we have a git branch for 0.146)
