Hello Cesare !

Actually I would like to use any gcc optimisations at all which are a
not already used by upstream mame itself. I think mame is sensitive
enough to gcc stuff, not to play fire there, and it seems to pease
Debian ftp masters more as well :)
I will prepare a new upload for mame 0.146 without -mtune=generic, I
am confident it will also work to fix the i386 bug we had in launchpad.
