Bug#251953: gnome-settings-daemon not in default PATH

Hi,

Ok people, please calm down. I'm reopening this bug and setting the
severity to important. Let's say it's a middle position for the moment
since we don't have any consensus.

        a bug which has a major effect on the usability of a package,
        without rendering it completely unusable to everyone"

Seems to be appropriate, move out of the path is not a problem for
gnome's users who are probably most of the people that need g-s-d.

BTW I've forwarded this bug upstream and I would like to wait devels'
opinion before taking decisions on this.
