Bug#340412: vte: requires freetype2 to build, but doesn't build-depend on it

The vte source package requires libfreetype6-dev to be available in order to
build, but lacks a build-dependency on it.  Instead, it appears to currently
build only because the build-dep is hard-coded on the buildds.  Please add
this build-dependency to the vte control file where it belongs.
