Hi,

Ok, so point 1 is fixed too (with newest versions).  I think it's not 
useful to spend time to fix bugs with old versions.  Better fix the new 
versions!

I imagine that ghostscript will fix the bug later.  I propose you to 
report a bug 2 months later (for ex.), when regression bugs in 
ghostscript are fixed.

So it remains point 3.  I am working on point 5, my point.
