[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#860156: gnupg: gpg stays inactive, program not terminating

Package: gnupg
Version: 2.1.20-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

When gpg is called, nothing happens and program seems to be waiting for
something (i.e. program is not terminating and no errors are shown). The
same happens for gpg-agent.
I assume it does not depend on my configuration as gpg version of stable
release (1.4.18) works fine.
Best regards,
GH
