Let's start with all other packages.

When finished I will check etoile more carefully
(at first glance on github, I see 3 apps:
- StepChat:  instant messenger for jabber.
- Font Manager : app for the purpose of managing fonts.
- DictionaryReader: A dictionary reader for dict protocol online and
locally.
