Though the title I choose later wasn't very intelligent.
Well conclusion is that new Xen enabked kernels work without problem as
a normal kernel just without the Hypervisor and so Xen isn't really
working.
The Xen kernel team could provide a /etc/grub.d/10_xen for example to
make a Xen enabled entry.
