Utility hp-toolbox needs package python-qt4-dbus to be installed,
otherwise following error will be thrown:

hplip suggests hplip-gui which depends on python-qt4-dbus, this dependency is obviously too week.

hplip should depend on hplip-gui or directly on python-qt4-dbus.
