For korean, many users in korea prefer eterm and mlterm to other terminals.=

Most of korean users write and read stuffs in ko_KR.EUC-KR, while some
people do in ko_KR.UTF-8.=20
Any other change in scim-* related source or package? I don't catch up
with them. If some changes happen, what about email posting about these
changes? When I am busy in my work, I can't follow up these changes=20
thoroughly.=20
