Czech translation of jed po-debconf templates

Hi,

in attachement there is Czech (cs.po) translation of jed (0.99.18)
po-debconf templates, please include it with the package.

Next, README.Debian seems obsolete with the latest jed version ;-)

Last, do you plan to upload new version of jed to unstable before Etch
releases? Its UTF-8 support in recent versions is essential.
