Can you please, pretty please, *not* restrict mailinglists that are
listed as the maintainer for a certain package to subscribers? The
maintainer field is intended to give access to the maintainer(s) of a
package. It can and will be used for any random person that has some
reason to contact you.

Also, can you please put the list of real flesh & blood maintainers in
the "Uploaders:" field, so that that package is not seemingly maintained
by an abstract list? Packages should have a real maintainer listed.
