I still get no errors. It uses /usr/share/lyx/scripts/convertDefault.sh
to convert it, which uses convert, though I don't know if you're trying to
insert the .eps image the same way as I am. Are you using Insert -> Image?
This seems to work perfectly for me, even with the latest updates.=20

FWIW, I tested it before by using an .eps created with xfig.=20
