Removal request: madwifi, madwifi-tools

Hi Holger,

Why BCC him and not CC? This is annoying as he does not see my responses. I
also do not think he holds any relevance to this discussion, I am sure he
could not give two hoots what decisions Debian is making, he is a very busy
person.

Felix intends to abandon madwifi as soon as possible. Felix maintains a fork
or madwifi, so I don't really care what his madwifi fork is at this time. I
subscribe to non-public Madwifi team mailing lists and follow project
discussion and feel I am well informed about its ongoings.

Atheros intends to throw all support behind ath{5,9}k as soon as possible, they
already hired two prominent Linux hackers who began making headway.
