While writing the e-mail and preparing the list, I looked over the packages
and found that some didn't make the transition. In fact of the packages still
depending on libjack0.100.0-0, only one (amsynth) was uploaded after the new
jack package was uploaded. These are the packages:

  timemachine
  meterbridge
  libjackasyn0
  ladccad
  ladcca-bin
  jackeq
  horgand
  galan
  creox
  brutefir
  bitscope

I checked creox, and it still works. I can't check them all because my link is
crappy. However, given that neither of these packages has seen an upload
since at least 2006, I wonder if they are still necessary and properly
maintained. Some of these have alternatives (galan and creox are sound
processors, we have lots of them), others maybe not (libjackasyn0).

Here is the dd-list of these packages. Should we do something about them?

Guenter Geiger (Debian/GNU) <geiger at debian.org>
   brutefir (U)
   ladcca
   libjackasyn
   meterbridge

Debian Multimedia Team <debian-multimedia at lists.debian.org>
   jackeq

Free Ekanayaka <free at agnula.org>
   brutefir
   creox
   horgand

Free Ekanayaka <freee at debian.org>
   jackeq (U)

Robert Jordens <jordens at debian.org>
   bitscope
   timemachine

Nick Rusnov <nickrusnov at debian.org>
   galan
