Maintainers,

I am the maintainer of a growing Debian Testing based Multimedia Distro
called AV Linux. I can't thank your team enough for the incredible and
unprecedented surge in Pro Audio packages coming downstream, Thanks to the
kindness and instruction of Adrian Knoth many of your GIT and Testing
packages are now included in AV Linux. Previously having to balance AV
Linux releases with Debian and Source based Multimedia packages was no
fun!

So first....Thank You!

Unfortunately AV Linux takes all my spare time and more so I don't think
at this time I can join as a maintainer, although I understand and use the
process and benefit greatly from your efforts.

I was wondering about suggesting a couple of additions: BombonoDVD Author,
It is in Ubuntu via launchpad and it's source has a Debian Control folder
however attempts to build it from Debian Testing have failed, I can't post
the output now but it appears to be relating to libxml2.6.

Also I'm sure JACK2 has been mentioned before. In order to distribute AV
Linux with JACK2 I have to overwrite your JACK packages with JACK2 source
to the same prefix which works well until you guys release an update which
breaks JACK2. An official Debian JACK2 would remedy this. However I don't
know what this entails on your end!

If this is not the appropriate medium for this kind of discussion please
let me know.

Thanks very much for your time and efforts. -GLEN
