This host wasn't configured to notify "waja" ... anyways .. this did apear to 
work correctly without a change. Couldn't reprocedure the fault.

Okay .. I did found this problem. I did attach the service checks to the 
hostgroups (like in shipped services_nagios2.cfg). There is 
no "notification_interval" configured there. So the the generic service 
template (from generic-service_nagios2.cfg) is used 
where "notification_interval 0" is set.

This behavior seems to be changed anywhere in the last releases, since 
renotification did work in the past. The shipped configfiles didn't change 
since 2.0. But since setting "notification_interval" for the services of the 
hostgroups in services_nagios2.cfg work, this doesn't matters.
